Pivots a column into new columns while keeping the raw values, for cases where each group only has one row per pivoted category.

Power Query M code

let
    Source = YourTable,
    Pivoted = Table.Pivot(Source, List.Distinct(Source[Category]), "Category", "Value", List.Max)
in
    Pivoted

Notes

List.Max is only used to pick a value when a cell would otherwise be blank; with one row per group/category it simply returns that row's value.
